What does annual billing save me?
Annual billing saves roughly 17% versus paying month-to-month. You are billed for the full year upfront and can cancel before your renewal date.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle so you never lose paid-up time.
Do I pay extra to use AI voice and texting?
No. AI voice and text are included on every plan with no separate unlock or add-on fee. You only pay for the usage you actually run, drawn from the AI credits included in your plan.
What happens when I hit my contact limit?
Nothing is ever blocked. Each plan includes a set number of contacts, and any contacts above that are billed automatically at $40 per 1,000 additional contacts on your monthly invoice. You can always upgrade to a higher tier for more included contacts. Existing contacts and campaigns are never deleted.
Is my data shared with other agents or brokerages?
Never. Every workspace is completely isolated. Your contacts, scores, and campaign history are yours alone and are never blended with other workspaces or resold.
How quickly can I cancel?
You can cancel from Settings at any time with a single click. Your account and data remain accessible until the end of your billing period. We don't lock you in.
