Voice AI calls
AI-powered outbound voice calls are credit-based, billed per minute of conversation from the first minute. There is no included voice allowance on any plan - voice is pay-as-you-go from your credit balance, at 15 credits per minute.

Emails and SMS messages sent above your monthly plan limit use credits rather than hard-blocking your campaigns.

Simple, transparent accounting.
- Monthly grant comes first - When you use a feature, Yapii draws from your monthly grant before touching any purchased credits. This means your bought credits are preserved for when you really need them.
- Purchased credits stack on top - Any credits you buy are added to your balance separately and carry over month to month - they never expire, regardless of billing cycle.
- Usage history is always visible - Inside Settings → Billing you can see exactly how many credits each feature has consumed this period, so there are no surprises.
- Credits don't auto-charge - Yapii will never charge your card automatically when your balance runs low. When credits are exhausted, AI features pause until you top up - your choice, your timing.

Do credits expire?
Monthly grant credits reset at the start of each billing period - they do not roll over. Credits you purchase yourself never expire and stay in your account until you use them.
What happens if I run out of credits?
AI features that require credits will pause gracefully. Nothing is deleted, no campaigns are broken - the features simply wait until you top up. You can buy more credits in Settings → Billing at any time.
Can I see what's using my credits?
Yes. Settings → Billing → Usage shows a breakdown of credit consumption by feature for the current period, so you always know where your balance is going.
Do credit packages work on any plan?
Yes. You can purchase top-up credits on any plan. They stack on top of your monthly grant and are usable across all credit-powered features.
Is there a minimum purchase?
The smallest top-up package is 500 credits for $46. There's no subscription required - it's a single one-time charge.
Do credits transfer if I upgrade my plan?
Yes. Your purchased credit balance is tied to your workspace, not your plan tier. Upgrading or downgrading your plan has no effect on your purchased credits.
