Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site owner about how the site is being used. "Similar technologies" include local storage, session storage, and pixels - small image tags that load when an email or page is opened.

Cookies are either "first-party" (set by the domain you are visiting) or "third-party" (set by another domain whose content is embedded in the page). They may be "session" cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" cookies (kept for a set period or until deleted).

Strictly necessary

These cookies are required for the Service to function - for example, to keep you signed in, to remember your CSRF token, and to prevent duplicate form submissions. They cannot be disabled inside the product without breaking core functionality. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent in most jurisdictions.

Functional

These cookies remember choices you make to give you a better experience - for example, your light/dark theme, the layout of a table, or the time zone of your dashboard. Disabling them will reset these preferences on each visit.

Analytics

We use a small amount of first-party analytics on the marketing site to understand which content is useful (for example, page views, scroll depth, conversion to demo request). We do not run third-party advertising trackers, and we do not run analytics inside the authenticated product. Analytics events are aggregated; we do not build individual cross-site profiles. Where consent is required (e.g. EEA/UK), we ask for it before setting analytics cookies.

The following are the cookies we currently set. Specific names may change as we update the Service; this table is reviewed at least quarterly.

Most modern browsers let you view and delete cookies, block cookies from specific sites or all sites, and clear cookies when you close the browser. The exact steps differ by browser:

Blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out of the product and prevent some pages from rendering correctly. Blocking functional or analytics cookies will not break the Service.

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal to indicate that a user does not want their activity tracked. There is no industry-standard agreement on how DNT should be honored, but Yapii honors a recognizable DNT signal by treating it as a withdrawal of analytics consent on the marketing site. We do not run analytics inside the product regardless of DNT.

Where applicable law (such as CCPA/CPRA) recognizes Global Privacy Control (GPC) as an opt-out signal, we honor GPC for users with that signal enabled.

You can change your cookie consent at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the marketing-site footer. You can also clear cookies from your browser settings as described above. For privacy requests beyond cookies, see the Privacy Policy.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use, in our practices, or in legal requirements. The "Effective" date at the top of the policy reflects the most recent version. If we make a material change, we will provide notice in the cookie banner and on the marketing site.
