Enter your name and email. We email you a sign-in link, and your personal referral link is ready as soon as you sign in. No card, no purchase, no invite.
2. Share your link
Send it to the agents, teams and brokers you know. Post it, text it, or put it in your email signature. Anyone who clicks it is tied to you for 30 days.
3. Earn every month
When someone you referred pays for Yapii, you earn 13.75% of their monthly subscription, every month they keep paying.

Getting paid

After each month ends, we add up what you earned that month and pay it to your PayPal account.
Tax form only past $600
We only ask for a W-9 once you earn $600 or more in a calendar year. Until then, there is no tax paperwork.
Anyone can join
You do not need to be a Yapii customer. Agents, lenders, coaches, anyone with a network can earn.
30 days of referral credit
When someone clicks your link, the credit is yours for 30 days. If they click more than one person's link, the first link they clicked gets the credit.

Do I have to be a Yapii customer?
No. Anyone can join the affiliate program, whether or not they use Yapii.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining is free and there is nothing to buy.
How much do I earn?
13.75% of the monthly subscription fees of every paying customer you refer yourself. You also earn from the people your referrals bring in, up to 5 levels deep: 5%, 3%, 2%, 1.25%.
Do I get paid when someone signs up?
No. You earn only when people you referred pay for Yapii. Sign-ups through your link count toward unlocking deeper levels, but the money always comes from real paying customers.
What counts toward my earnings?
Monthly subscription fees: the CRM plan, extra seats, Claire plans and monthly add-ons. Credits and usage, like texts, emails sent and AI call minutes, do not count.
How long do I keep earning?
For as long as the customer you referred keeps paying for Yapii.
How and when do I get paid?
Monthly, by PayPal, after each month ends.
Do I need to fill out tax forms?
Only once you earn $600 or more in a calendar year. At that point we ask for a W-9.
How long does my link give me credit?
30 days from the click. If someone clicks more than one affiliate's link, the first link they clicked gets the credit.
How do I sign in later?
Go to the affiliate sign-in page and enter your email. We email you a sign-in link. There is no password to remember.
