Terms of Service

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

The Service is intended for use by real estate professionals and businesses. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@yapii.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account credentials.

Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or use the Service to contact individuals who have not provided valid consent to receive communications from you, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, CASL, or other applicable laws.

Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any individual.

Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.

Use the Service to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity.

Violate any applicable law or regulation, including real estate fair housing laws and data protection regulations.

Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to the Service to third parties without our written consent.

Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service beyond what is expressly permitted by our API.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your contact database complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining required consents for email and SMS marketing. Yapii provides tools and compliance features to assist you, but ultimate compliance responsibility rests with you.

Yapii offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Fees for your selected plan are described on the Pricing page at yapii.com/pricing. All fees are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our refund policy. Cancellations require 30 days' notice: when you cancel, your subscription remains active, and you remain responsible for applicable fees, until the later of the end of your current billing period and 30 days from the date of your cancellation request.

We may change subscription fees with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

The Service, including all software, algorithms, models, designs, text, graphics, and other content developed by Yapii, is owned by Yapii LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license to use the Service as described herein.

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service, including your contact database. You grant Yapii a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your data.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant Yapii a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.

You may request cancellation of your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect on 30 days' notice: your access to the Service, and your responsibility for applicable fees, continue until the later of the end of your current billing period and 30 days from the date of your cancellation request. After that date, your account will be deactivated.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or to the Service, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 90 days following termination, during which time you may request an export. After 90 days, your data will be deleted from our systems in accordance with our data retention practices.
