Every full-time hire owns a real surface from week one. Equity is generous and vests on a four-year schedule with a one-year cliff.

We're distributed across North America. We meet in person three times a year for a working week, on the company.

Most weeks we ship to production. Our cycle is days, not quarters. If you've been waiting to ship a thing, this is the place.
